Doc2Doc

Common questions from physician practice owners.

Short answers about scope, specialties, valuation language, privacy, and next steps.

Which specialties are supported?

Doc2Doc provides complete Workup modules for psychiatry, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, dermatology, urology, and orthopedic surgery. Other specialties may submit a discovery inquiry.

Does a Workup include a valuation?

It may include an indicative planning range for core operating-practice economics when annual collections, operating expenses, and estimated replacement physician compensation are supplied. Otherwise, it provides evidence requests and planning guidance without a number.

How are ancillary assets handled?

ASC interests, optical operations, pathology or cosmetic economics, lab, imaging, radiation, PT, DME, and similar items are separated where relevant and are not automatically included in a core practice range.

Do we accept patient information?

No. Doc2Doc requests business and aggregate operational information only. Do not submit PHI or identifiable clinical detail.

Is this an appraisal or transaction service?

No. It is founder-reviewed transition-planning guidance intended to prepare a physician owner for appropriate next conversations.
